ECA Group UAV Service company acquires a new IT180 system for civil applications
ECA Group UAV Service team will soon take delivery of another IT180-120 UAV system. Among the range of IT180 UAV Products available on the market, the gasoline version of this unique UAV airborne drone has been chosen.
This acquisition aims at sustaining the growing demand for multipurpose inspection and civil protection tasks which cannot be achieved, in part or in full, with lighter multirotor UAVs, other aerial means such as helicopters or aerostats, or ground crews.
Those UAVs are capable to offer up to 2 hour autonomy while still being highly flexible to accommodate a broad range of payloads such as EO/IR cameras, magnetic, radiological and chemical sensors, as well LIDAR scanner assembly, which are essential parts of the Service solutions offered by ECA Group.
