Converters’retrofit for chilean Scorpène submarines

In december 2014, ECA EN has been awarded a contract by ASMAR, a Chilean Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Company.This order consists in replacing two out of three 60kVA 60Hz converters we had delivered in 2002, on the two Scorpène submarines. These 4 new generation converters (2 on each submarine) are similar to those provided for Scorpène India.
