ECA Group presents its CBRNE robotic solutions at Mirion Technologies Detection & Identification Sem

ECA Group organised with Mirion Technologies, full scale exercices at the occasion of the 2nd Etition of Detection & Identification Seminar held from October 18th and 19th 2016 in Nice. A dynamic demonstration of ECA Group UGV Cobra MK2, ground robot for Defence and Security applications was made to participants of this meeting.

The UGV COBRA MK2 C, a mini UGV /ground robot fitted with Radiological and Chemical sensors to support CBRN operations, was demonstrated with an HDS-101 isotope identifier, deployed from a rucksack by a dismounted CBRNE operator to provide a quick situation awarness of a potential threat.

This seminar was also the opportunity to exchange with international experts on radiation detection and identification and think together about new CBRNE applications of ECA Group latest ground robotics/ UGV & airborne drone/UAV Solutions.
