ECA Group provides 75 Driving Simulators for Governor’s Office of Highway Safety in the State of Geo

ECA Group subsidiary, Simulator Systems International in Tulsa (Oklahoma, USA) was awarded a contract from the Governor’s Office of Highway Safety in the State of Georgia for the purchase of 75 Ultra XL driving simulators.

These 5-screen cockpit style car driving simulators include an innovative rear-view panel module which is used to practice lane change and backing maneuvers as well as a new “RoadSense” system, developed by ECA Group, that transmits engine and other vibrations to the driver for a more immersive simulation experience. These simulators will be installed at over 20 technical colleges throughout the state in order to provide advanced traffic safety training to students who are preparing to obtain their driver’s license.
