ROBOTICS DEPARTMENT

Nine of the 10 largest armies in the world are equipped with solutions developed by the ECA Group. The group is a leader in AUVs for mine detection and destruction. Its know-how and expertise are recognised around the world. The ECA Group combines its expertise in designing drones operating on water, under water, on land and in the air, and in developing integrated systems, in order to develop a comprehensive range of solutions adapted to the needs of the defence sector, maritime, nuclear power, oil rigs and industry.

In addition, the ECA Group is developing a research programme on "robotics systems" of the future. Its aim is to improve the capacities and performance of all the robotised solutions made available to the group's customers.

 

AEROSPACE DEPARTMENT

The ECA Group's Aerospace Department offers innovative and reliable solutions designed for civilian and military aviation.  Its expertise in this field, together with the fields of robotics and automation enable it to meet the needs of aeronautics manufacturers, airlines, repair and maintenance centres and air defence. 

 

SIMULATION DEPARTMENT 

For more than 50 years, the ECA Group has been designing naval and underwater drones and developing integrated systems. It is also specialised in air and land drones and provides a complete range of operation and training simulators for missions using the latest technologies. Due to the strength of its expertise in drones and robots, the ECA Group has grouped all of its products within the Simulation Department in order to design tomorrow's simulators. They will be used to prepare and carry out missions performed by remote-operated or autonomous robots. Since robots are very often operated from carriers (vessel, truck, etc.), these simulators are very often integrated into training simulators for vehicles.
