A9 range / AUV / Autonomous Underwater Vehicle
The A9 vehicle, which is most compact of the range for use as a hand-launched vehicle, can be deployed from small craft and in shallow-water situation. It is a man portable AUV designed for various missions: mine counter measure (detection and classification), sea floor survey, hydrographic and oceanographic data acquisition, homeland security (wreck localisation, port and coastal security). With its modular architecture the A9 base vehicle can be configured to customer specific requests with various payloads as well as size of battery. All these uses are realized through three separate products, each with equipment and specific features depending on their environments.

A18 range / AUV / Autonomous Underwater Vehicle
The A18 vehicle is a medium size AUV, specifically designed for carrying multi sensor payload suites. Its automatic underwater recovery (proposed as an option) allows deployment from all types of manned and unmanned surface platforms. The vehicles can be operated by a two-person crew, allow to realize specific mission such as : survey of offshore installation, mine counter measure, sea floor survey, hydrographi and oceanographic data acquisition, homeland security (wreck localisation, port and coastal security).

With its 700mm diameter and its 50h endurance the A27 is the “cargo” of the ECA’s AUV family. It is a very flexible platform capable of carrying out a large range of sensors working simultaneously.
