Civil Aviation Training: ANA to use ECA Group Airbus A320 FMST Flight training solution

A year later the first deployment of this solution in Japan, the local carrier All Nippon Airways (ANA) is to equip its mobile platforms with ECA Group’s Airbus A320 Mobile Flight Management System Trainer.

ECA Group’s A320 FMST is comprehensive simulation system for aircraft pilots meant to be run on tablets, laptops, desktop PCs or coupled with hardware replicas. 

the Initial relationship between ANA and ECA Group dates back in 1996 with the delivery of an A320 3D FMS Trainer.

The selection of latest tablet version of A320 FMST took place on ECA Group’s booth at  Halldale’s WATS (World Aviation Training Symposium) held in Orlando, USA earlier in 2017.

We got an excellent feedback from our trainees: they truly appreciate this useful and efficient mean of training. 

The FMST is very cost-efficient and allows downloading of ANA’s own Navigation Database, which grants us the possibility to increase understanding and FMS’ operations.
