ECA Group: second phase of the Simulation Training project ASW TT for an Asian customer

An ECA Group ASW Training Simulation System has been fully disassembled and packed for shipment: 6 containers are on their way to our customer !

The system is one of the biggest systems ever produced by ECA Group in the past 15 years. It includes 4 Warfare Ships, 2 Submarines, 2 ASW Helicopters, a classroom for the teaching of the theory, and related facilities like Instructors areas, server and debriefing rooms.

The installation and Site acceptance are scheduled for the next years, together with a full package of onsite services, including teaching of theory and support for the start-up operation by the customer.

Due to the good and strong relationship with this navy and the cooperative exchange of knowledge, the further evolution and updates of this trainings simulator is being discussed, according to needs of the navy for the future naval program.

Next steps will be the installation of the ASWTT system on site, the on-site acceptance tests and the training for navy operators and navy maintainers.
