Finnish driving school trusts ECA Group for truck & bus driving training

ECA Group won a tender from the government of the Åland islands (Finland) for the delivery of an EF-Truck NG Bus & Truck driving simulation solutions to the Åland´s Upper Secondary Vocational School "ALANDS GYMNASIUM" in Finland.

Åland´s Upper Secondary Vocational School offers a basic vocational qualification in several different programs such as Driving Training.

The purchase is the final step to a project spread across 2 years. ALANDS GYMNASIUM, in search for the best simulator provider, visited many european companies to look for the most suited product to their needs.

After a visit in ECA Group site in Lannion, they launched a tender. Their satisfaction of the pedagocal content of the experienced products in Lannion, combined to ECA Group's presence in Alands isles (previously known for prodiving 160 simulators within the framework of a partnership with the Driving schools association) were all the reasons that lead to the choosing ECA Group.

ECA Group's EF-Truck NG / Truck and Bus driving simulator has been developed to meet the needs of driver training schools and trucking fleets, offering realistic cab, lifelike graphics and a comprehensive training software. It includes a motion platform to simulate the movement of a real vehicle driving. It simulates various multi-speed transmissions and vehicles including tractor trailers, trucks and buses.

This simulator will be destined for the use of students or experienced corporate drivers for truck or bus vehicles.
