On customer's request the H300 MK2 ROV was specifically equipped with a scanning sonar and an imaging sonar, both mounted on a skid assembly beneath the ROV, and with a precise positioning system linked to surface operators by a fibre-optic umbilical cable.
The ROV is meant to perform interventions up to 300m depth and comes with a wide range of additional equipment for inspection and surveillance.
Both ROV and additional equipment can be controlled through a single and ergonomic control unit. The umbilical cable is housed on a manual winch and equipped with a slip ring assembly.
The client, Satif Ouvrage d’Art, specialzed in providing inspection and intervention on immerged structures such as bridges, locks, dams or water treatment plants, expressed its satisfaction towards the performances of the delivered system as well as the support provided
