SMINEX, [Mobile Response Systems for Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD)], is the first project related to demining equipment with a global approach to integrated system (personal protection suit, portable detectors, X-ray systems, water cannon, ground robotic-UGV, etc.).
The three partner companies will supply the three armed forces (Army, Navy and Air Force) with the first complete solution for EOD and C-IED equipment and systems in the form of a projectable shelter. Within the scope of this contract, ECA Group will supply French armies with UGV IGUANA E terrestrial robots and will bring its expertise in integrated robot systems.
