ECA Group participates with EUROCORPS in an Engineering Training Exercise EURETEX 2016

This military exercise in Valdahon (13th Engineer Regiment of the French Army) involvig several NATO Armies was a great opportunity for ECA Group to exchange about operational concepts associated to the DROGEN system (DROne for enGiNeering), based on the ECA Group UAV IT180-30 vertical take-off mini-drone & the MINIROGEN (MINI RObot for the enGINeering), and based on the ECA Group UGV COBRA MK2 mini-robot for the engineering army teams opening potentials trapped itineraries.

Involving French forces working closely with EU & US forces to experiment interoperability during an EOD & CBRN dynamic display, this event was also the opportunity for ECA Group to share procedures and tactics of clearing routes of explosives, to think together the future of robotics technologies applied to IED (Improvised Explosive Device) clearance and training for a military convoy, with simulators such as ECA Group Military Vehicle Simulator, in every kind of environments and situations.
